17 days post op!

 Winston is 17 days post op today and had a great week!  For the most part, the old Winston is back and his sunny disposition has returned. Mark brought Winston to work every day last week and Winston was happy to go with him. Every morning Winston would anxiously wait at the door to make sure he was leaving with Mark. Winston is fast becoming the office mascot and everyone stops by to get their daily dose of Winston. Winston enjoys helping Mark out with some cardboard recycling. Soon Winston will be a pro at 1040's and 990's after logging all this office time!

Back at home, Winston was back to his usual antics---sleeping on his back!

Winston also spent some time on the grooming table. I think there were two total "piles"of hair removed this weekend.

Winston checked out the mole hole Carly dug--he stuck his face and nose in there and rooted around some. Maybe this is a sign he wants to be an Earthdog?!

 We also continued Winston's hydrotherapy. Winston is becoming a strong swimmer. He had four swim sessions this week and he has made great strides in his recovery. He does sort of look like a lion with the shaved legs and furry face though! Every day of his recovery Winston grows stronger and gains more of his confidence.
